THE SAFETY AND WELL-BEING OF OUR MEMBERS & STAFF IS ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL

We are committed to maintaining a safe, supportive environment for every member, staff, and volunteer. To uphold that standard, we have clear policies, required trainings, and proactive procedures in place—ensuring that everyone involved in our organization is protected and cared for.

  • As part of requirements set by WGI, all Redline employees must complete background checks. Our team is trained and must sign off on our member safety and sexual harassment policies below.

    We are also following guidance from WGI by having all of our staff members and volunteers complete the “SafeSport™ Trained” Abuse Prevention course.

  • We’ve created a complete policy handbook to outline our commitment to a safe, supportive environment where all members and staff can thrive.

  • Redline provides a safe way for members to report any behavior that violates our safety policies via our incident reporting form.
